Alison Piggott

Alison Piggott started in mortgage lending in the early 1990s, and since that time has helped many people achieve their dreams. Whether this means buying a home to live in or for investment purposes, or simply consolidating and restructuring finances, Alison has been there to help.

Alison started her banking and finance career with Westpac, working her way through various departments and acquiring a thorough knowledge of all aspects of mortgage lending. In 1999, Alison joined Ray White Financial Services as their regional mortgage consultant in Cairns. This was an an all-encompassing position responsible for the promotion of mortgage lending throughout the Ray White Real Estate offices in the area.

After achieving success in establishing and operating a mortgage broking service for a corporate company, the next progressive step was launching her own company – Premier Mortgage Solutions. Part of establishing Premier Mortgage Solutions was the opportunity to become the franchise owner and an Accredited Mortgage Introducer with the Australian Mortgage Brokers Aggregation Group. This affiliation provided opportunities for interstate and international business connections and has proven to be very successful in enhancing her personal and company image throughout Australia and overseas.

As an authorised Credit Representative with the Australian Finance Group, Alison has access to the latest in mortgage brokering information technology and software platforms, in the fast-past world of changing interest rates, lender policies and regulatory credit requirements. This allows Alison to keep in touch with her clients and keep them informed of any changes and how this can be a benefit or impact for her clients.

With many years’ experience in all forms of lending, Alison has demonstrated her ability and talent by becoming a highly successful mortgage broker. What has brought this phenomenal success is the commitment Alison has towards mortgage lending. Her open, friendly approach and superior levels of customer service ensure that, time and time again, clients return to her office when they need the very best in finance assistance and advice.

Her outstanding successes in housing and investment lending led Alison to build on her solid client base by introducing a broad range of other financial services and real estate sale and property management solutions.
